Privacy notice

Last updated 1 November 2026. Contact: hello@bookedcaller.com

This notice explains how BookedCaller uses personal information. It is a working draft: have a US attorney review it before you send your first email.

If we have contacted you about your business

We found your business details from public sources: your own website, your Google Business listing and other public business listings. We use your business name, phone number and business email address to tell you about our AI receptionist service for plumbing companies.

How to opt out

Reply “stop” to any email, use the one-click link on our unsubscribe page, or tell us on a call. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days (usually straight away) and add you to a permanent suppression list so you are never contacted again. We never buy contact lists. Our emails carry our real postal address.

If you are a client

  • Account and billing details, handled with our payment provider.
  • Call recordings, transcripts and job details for calls the receptionist handles for you: callers' names, phone numbers, addresses and the plumbing problem. We collect only what is needed to take the job. We never ask for card numbers on a call.
  • Callers are told at the start that it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 30 days.
  • We read calls to improve your receptionist and to write your reports. We never sell call data. Lessons from one client may help another, but only as general patterns, never customer details.

Website

We use cookie-less analytics, so there is no tracking banner. Demo pages log plays on our server only.
